Dear All, I have a problem with setting time window in SAP TM. In my case every Freight Unit (FU) from unique Forwarding Order (FO) should have the same time window for Pick-Up. But standard features are useless for it because the end of Pick-Up can't be defined on the FO level, only manually in every FU or by special conditions.
So, is it possible to set end date/time for Pick-Up window in FO? Or at least manually at once for all FU created from one FO? Please, maybe you can help me to solve it. Thank you

I think you must find the solution in a combination of the FUBR and Time Window conditions. You can set-up a FUBR condition to create different kind of Freight Unit documents (depending on lot of criteria).
The Time Window condition is flexible to set-up at FU document level which Time Window is relevant. At this way you can set-up different kind of Time Windows.

You can create a Time Window condition and assign this condition to you FWO Type in customizing. At this way you can set-up as your requirement the same Time Window for Pick-Up and Delivery for each different FU. It make no sense to have a Time Window in your FO, because the FU is the planning demand. If you use the optimizer for planning, the optimizer wil not plan the Freight Unit outside the Time Window. In case you are planning Manually the Freight Unit in a Freight Order, then it's possible to plan outside the Time Window. You will see that the status of the FU will change (red) to warn you that this FU is plannend outside the Time Window range.

In this case, users need to define a time window for a large group of freight units created from a single forwarding order at once somewhere in the system. The main problem is that each of these groups of freight units must have a unique time window depending only on the forwarding order. It's also possible to create some forwarding order types and make some conditions for them, but time window is very accurate. So this solution is not suitable.
Typical example:
We have one forwarding order from which 100 freight units are created. The task is to set for every freight unit the same time window. And for every forwarding order these requirements for time window are different.
Dear Nikita,
After adding field acceptance date and time in fwo not reflected in freight unit time frame so how can handle it.

At first, sorry for late response.
The desired field can be added to the Forwarding order via "Customize page" option. Also this function useful for label names customizing, moving objects etc.
