SAP TM - OTR not generated in S4 1809

Hi,

I'm on S4 HANA 1809 system. I created a sales order and expecting an OTR to be generated in TM component however it did not create any OTR. I can see output type TRS0 but its in error state with message "No processing class found" as shown below:

TM status tab also has no document flow but error as below:

I have done control key, output type and OTR type config already.

Could anybody please help what could be the reason for this.
