SAP TM - How to handle handle loss or damge scenarios in Stock Tranfer ?

Dear Gurus ,

In SAP TM how can we handle scenarios where the delivered goods has some kind of loss and damage for which the transporter have to bare that ? Thank you

this would follow the standard FSD change process as for all changes after FSD Creation/Accruals posting, described in SAP help here:

You can define e.g. a damage event and let it influence charges calculated.

Thanks Emanuel for sharing insights and useful material .How such settlements after post transportation In case where settlement document is already created as the truck is dispatched and value is booked .How would this be handled?
