SAP TM: Customer Org. Data & Customer Partner Determination tab doesn't appear on BP

Hello,

I'm trying to configure Internal Settlement of freight charges because my company is LSP and the Shipper on the same time so I need to work with this I tried to follow this Blog https://blogs.sap.com/2020/12/21/internal-settlement-of-freight-charges-in-sap-tm-9.5-for-shippers/ but I stuck because i can't find Customer Org. Data and Customer Partner Determination that help to complete this solution,

So can anyone help on this.
