SAP TM Cost Distribution Cancellation

Hello,

I have posted Settlement document and in the background created Service PO and SES. I have also created ABD documents. Also I have released the ABD document to accounting and also created the incoming invoice . Now i want to cancel the ABD document but the confirmation status says "cost distribution cancellation failed " and life cycle status is "Cancellation Requested". How do i cancel this ABD document.

Do you mean you edited the Freight Settlement Doc and clicked the "Reverse Document" button? This sends a cancellation request from TM to ECC...

Can you check for an associated XML error in ECC?

In SXMB_MONI, you can look for the XML in error with type TransportationOrderSUITEInvoicingPreparationCancellationRequest_In. Or you can also check t-code /SAPPO/PPO2.

Hi Sarah,

thanks. I got the solution . Basically i wanted to cancel the Agency business document through TM. So we just reversed all the predecessor documents and now it is working and we see that the ABD are cancelled. Thanks for your inputs though.
