SAP TM Configuration for STANDARD TEXT - Populate Text Type by Freight Order Purchase Organization

Hello,

In my current project, we are implementing SAP TM in S/4 HANA 1709 for a client dealing majorly in Distribution of Dangerous Goods.

Requirement:

Populate "Text Type" along with default "Content" by Freight Order Purchase Organization

Requirement Detail:

Example US and CA (CANADA) Offices (Purchase Organizations) have their own Emergency Contact numbers that can be contacted for any emergency during storage, handling, transportation or usage of these Dangerous Goods. These numbers are printed on every SAP TM Freight Order Output "Consignment Note/ Road WayBill" as per Purchase Organization in the Freight Order.

Result of Configuration:

I created a Freight Order and able to see both text types with their respective values (emergency contact numbers) showing up automatically in the NOTES tab of the Freight Order.

Issue:

Currently, my Freight Order shows both text types with their respective content by default. But my requirement is to

• Display and populate “Text Type for Emergency Contact No for US when Freight Order has US Purchase organization
• Display and populate “Text Type for Emergency Contact No for CA when Freight Order has CA Purchase organization
