SAP TM -Conditions based on Dangerous class is not working

In SAP TM , I need to do incompatibility definition based on the Dangerous Class condition . But somehow it is failing .How can we trouble shoot the same .

Check for the condition type /SCMTMS/INC_FU and Data access definition as : /SCMTMS/TOR_TRAN_GR .

Incompatibility based on product transportation group is working fine, but I need to do the compatibility based on Dangerous class[ Data Access Definition --/SCMTMS/TRQ>>ITEMTRDANGGOODSINFO>>CLASS.
