SAP TM Charge calculation. Calculating charge items based on other charge items

Hello Experts,

I would like to ask if there is a functionality based on Charge Calculation under TM on which calculation of charge items will be dependent on other charges entered.

For example:

The special rate here is part of the root.

The 2 rates below are initially dependent on the Special Rate 

10% of Special rate will be under Fuel

16.63% of Special rate will be under Management Fee.

If I want to have the Management Fee rate to be dependent aside from the Special Rate (root), is to have the Fuel charge value to be added and multiply it based on the percentage based on the rate table. 

Would this be possible on computing it on the FA alone or any config?

Or this would be an enhancement to consider
