SAP system is down

Hi,

Our SAP System is currently down after it suddenly slowed down and eventually stopped. We stopped the instance in SAPMMC, restarted the server, and when we opened the SAPMMC again, the instance is now missing. We could not find a way to add the instance back in SAPMMC. Our OS version is Windows 2008 server, database is MSSQL, and SAP version is ECC 6.0

the SAPserviceSID service must be running so that SID will be visible in MMC. Start this service. If this is not starting, then check event viewer
