SAP Syclo Configuration Panel - 500 internal Server Error

Hi Experts,

One of our Customers is using SAP Meter Management 2.0.0. We are in the process of Upgrading it to SAP Meter Management 2.3. We are facing issues with Mobile Data Object Object Configurations. We have multiple Z MDOs. Three Z MDOs are throwing 500 internal server error.

As soon as we click on any of the work order related MDOs ZSMM20_ISU_WORKORDER_GENERIC, ZSMM20_WORKORDER_GENERIC_ONE, ZSMM20_WORKORDER_UPD, Config panel shows following error message.

Do anyone have idea why its happening?

For now please at least review this SAP note.

2567208 - ConfigPanel: Internal Error 500 occurs when deselecting all rules of an MDO or Exchange Object filter (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2567208 )

If you at least try the SAP note first and see if this at least fixes some items before we consider other items.
