Hi Kishore,

You have mentioned this thread under Incident 235503 / 2018 / Tasks not created in IBP and JAM group

I have provided a solution for the issue there.

Best,

Ivan

Dis you try to

1) log in with the user name instead of email?

- maintain the user ID in all settings exactly the same (business user and SCI, dont know the exact technical names by heard) ?

Should work

If not, either probide screenshots from every setting, or open a ticket to SAP

Good lucj

You set up in IBP the employee and the Business User, providing some kind of dummy email (may or may not actually exist) and provide a user ID.
Then you set up your user in the SCI system (SAP Cloud Identity, or whatever tool you you for that management), using the same email and user ID.
Choose the manual providing of the initial password and not the version to send the notification mail. Then you log into IBP with the user and initial password and change it there, before gong to Excel. So with that you have the user and password, without the need of a real Email. This information you attach to the secure area as you do with every other normal SAP solution, there are consulting notes to help you with that.
And when the interface to JAM is set up properly, the user should automatically b synchronized to JAM.
The same way you can create test users to test your roles and authorizations

Hi Irmi,

Thank you for your quick response. I tried exactly the same steps you mentioned but facing error while logging into IBP system. first i created an employee record with dummy corporate email, then created business employee and assigned business role to it. In the last step i uploaded this record into SCI and set the password manually.till here it is successful. But i when i try to login WebUI with this dummy email, it says incorrect user id or password. Is this something with SSO config or my login issues with the dummy id?

Thanks,

Kishore
