SAP support backbone problem - EWA cannot be sent to SAP via SDCCN

Dear SAP experts,

We found problem related SAP support backbone.

All backbone support configuration has been done on the system with the SAP_BASIS version 701 component.

The condition is that we can download SNote directly, but we cannot send EWA to SAP via SDCCN.

In the SDCCN , request EWA data to the SAP log like this:

When processing the 4th line, Transfer of session data started to destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL, the stack is there until the process repeats from the beginning (line 3),

it is repeated because failed to send but there is no error log. Connection test on SM59 and SDCCN also had no problem.

Please help for this case.
