SAP schedule hold

Hello, I am trying to set up maintenance plans to produce PM orders for daily PM work. But when I use IP10 to schedule the calls, no matter what start date I use, SAP places these calls into "Scheduled Hold" and doesn't produce any jobs. I'm sure I'm missing something really simple, but I cannot work out what steps I'm missing to ensure this maintenance plans produces orders every day.

Can someone help me understand why SAP isn't creating work orders from this plan?
