SAP S/4HANA Stock Room Management - Fiori Applications compatibility

Good day, 

I am not able to find relevant SAP information on a list of Fiori Apps that remain compatible from LE-WM move to Stock room Management on S/4HANA.

Are there any reference documents or KBA that may list any known issues and workarounds?

Hello @pat_pillay 

Stock Room Management is nothing more or new than LE-WM. It is just a name or license item. There were no Fiori apps for LE-WM, thus there are not Fiori apps for Stock Room Management.

Thank you Dominik - so if customer created their own FIORI Tiles while on LE-WM these should still continue to work

That's right - LE-WM custom titles will work with Stock Room Management, as it's is just LE-WM in disguise.

Good question, this is something many are dealing with when moving from LE-WM to Stock Room Management in S/4HANA.

Currently, SAP hasn’t published a dedicated Fiori apps list just for Stock Room Management because Stock Room is a functional subset of LE-WM, mainly intended for basic warehouse operations. As a result, many standard LE-WM Fiori apps are not officially adapted or enhanced for Stock Room use.

You can check:

• SAP Note 2882809 for Stock Room limitations.

• SAP Fiori Apps Library (link here) — but you’ll need to search and validate manually.

• Stock Room Management guide on SAP Help Portal.

In practice, most teams just create SAP GUI transactions as Fiori tiles to make it work nicely in the Launchpad.

You can't move from LE-WM to Stock Room Management. Stock Room Management is LE-WM.

Thank you Chuma, I think customer has created their own FIORI tiles and seeing that Stock Room Management is basically subset of LE-WM they should be able to continue with their existing FIORI tiles using the compliance check report as a guide.
