We are using Sap S/4 and we utilize the process order vs the production orders, being newer to the company I do not know why they chose that option. I was wondering if it were possible to take an existing Process order and have it split during confirmations. We deal with Batch Numbers so at the end of the day if an order doesn't get completed we have to create a new Process order for the remaining QTY to get a new Batch # so we can tie it to expiration dates. Is this possible? I have seen articles in the past about people asking this but the article was from 2013 and it was only a Production Order function at that time and was hoping that this may have become a possiblity?
