SAP S/4HANA: Configuration of Print Output for Maintenance Orders

Hello everyone,
I am currently working on configuring the print output for maintenance orders in SAP S/4HANA. So far, I have completed the following configurations:

1) Cros-Application Components -> Output Control -> Manage Application Object Type Activation

2) Cross-Application Components -> Output Control -> Output Type

3) Cross-Application Components -> Output Control -> Assign Output Channels

4) Maintenance and Service Processing -> Basic Settings- > Print Control -> Define Shop Papers, Forms and Output Programs

• Forms and Output Programs

When I try to execute the print output within the maintenance order, the system shows the interface attached.

I have also manually entered the required data, but the system still displays the errors shown in the figure.

What additional configurations are needed to ensure the print starts automatically without errors?
