Could you please advise on the below.

1.Transportation Management Functionality in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition - Is it available in the standard package in public cloud or does it need any license or additional cost involvement.

2. If Transportation Management (TM) is available in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition then please advise on the steps to enable Transportation Management (TM) functionalities in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition
