SAP S/4HANA Advance Planning PP/DS license cost

Would like to know standard APO PP/DS license cost as I need to purchase and preparing a proposal for managment approval.

Hi Anoja - APO is a single box, there are no different licences for different modules within APO. At least, I seriously doubt on the individual licenses for the APO modules. So, the request for 'only PPDS' is not available I guess.

Having said this, I don't think anyone will be able to give you an amount here, best thing you can do is to get in touch with the SAP representative in your region. There can be different plans based on regions - like license cost per user or fixed cost per year (irrespective of no. of licenses). Someone from the forum can answer this question though, but I don't think you can start with that anyways for any negotiation with SAP.

I suggest to get the answer for this directly from SAP so you are definite about it and may start negotiating based on that if that's what you are intending.
