what are the SAP GUI transactions which allow to use new standard features introduced by customer management add on in SAP S/4 On premise?

Hello Barbara,

the new service functionality doesn't work with GUI transactions but with WebUi and Fiori Tiles. To start the WebUi call transaction WUI from GUI. In the next step you will get a selection screen for the WebUi-Role you want to use. (Perhaps you need to set user parameter CRM_UI_PROFILE with value * in your user master data first.) You can choose for example S4C_SRV_PRO for Service professional.

You can use transaction /ui2/flp to start Fiori Launchpad. You need the correct PFCG-Roles in your user master data to get the fiori tiles. In S/4 HANA 2020 there are the following roles:
SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SERVICE_MGR

SAP_BR_CUST_SRVC_MGR_REPA

SAP_BR_CUST_SRVC_REP_REPA

SAP_BR_CUST_SRVC_TEC_REPA

SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SERVICE_DSD

(SAP_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK)

thanks a lot for your anwer, very useful.

I have only a doubt: if I try to search for PFCG roles you listed, I find only SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SERVICE_DSD, but not the other ones.

What does it means? It could be that my software component is too old, and this PFCG role has been released later?

Is SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SERVICE_MGR needed in order to user standard customer management features in S/4?

I have s4hana1909, Software component S4CRM 204.

Hello Barbara,

the roles ending with REPA belong to the In-house Repair which is available in S4HANA2020 and not in S4HANA1909. I forgot to list SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SERVICE_MGR.
