SAP Order based Planning: MAX Quotas for multiple plants not respecting for Production

Hi SAP OBP Experts,

We are running OBP Supply Planning run on a network of 2 Plants to 1 DC(ext. procurement) for 1 Product, maintained MAXPDSQUOTA kf with 0.6 and 0.4 splits for 2 plants, the results are not coming as expected.

Also, the SoS is maintained and added to Location Products.

Expectation: Once we maintain the Quota by Plants for the Product it should produce only according to the % split given from 0-1. We are getting the Production from single plant which is above maxpdsquota,

Can you please help why it's not respecting the Quota or how to model it in SAP7F Planning area for OBP.

Did you check Online help for quota and here for source of supply and here.?

There are examples described in which cases the quota might not be met, and how to set it up properly

Thanks, we want hard constraint for quota splits by Plants and we expect the exact volumes being planned by OBP Run, which seems not possible by "finite heuristics",
