SAP MMC Problem

Hi We are facing an Issue with SAP MMC.. ! one of the Dialog Instance was Stopped..and the reason it says was due to MSOP.! we are unable to figure it out.! can some one kindly Help.

MSOP means: Work process is waiting for a response from the message server

Check dev_w9 to get more information. Check also dev_ms (the message server trace file) to find out, what was wrong with the communication between work process #9 and the message server?
