SAP Meter Management : Details Missing on Android Tablet

On Agentry application for Android Tablet, Meter and Functional Location details are missing.” For Windows, Android Mobile and iPad details are available but for Android tablet details are missing Please find the attached document for more details.

We are using the same ipad screens for rendering on Android Platform. Most of the screens work, but only these 2 specific screens do not work.

We are using the below versions : -

Agentry Android Client Version - v71.4.2

Agentry Windows Client Version – v71.4.2.7

SAP Meter Management 2.3 (with embedded work manager)

SMP Version – 3.0 SP16 PL08

Hello Rinkesh, are you able to solve this ?

this is beacause of LabelWidth, set the label width to 12 for fields in FuncLocDataTileView->FunctionalLocationTileView_Detail_iPad screen, it will resolve your issue.
