Hi,
In SAP IBP Test & Prod systems, unable to download the change logs of business roles. I tried in all browsers and in different geographies. Able to see the change logs to role(s). Checked with network team for any browser restrictions. Everything seems to be OK. Let me know the suggestions or solution.

I don't this that this is related to the Normalization process, since the Business Roles are maintained on a separate Framework.
Please open an incident to SAP Support on the following component to have this further investigated by the responsible team: BC-SRV-APS-IAM
