SAP IBP TS-Optimizer creating production receipts way higher than dependent production demand

Hello,

I would like to receive your opinion over a behaviour I'm struggling to address. 

After the TS optimizer run, I found few products with excessive amount of production receipts, considering the dependent production demand they have. These products are at the lowest level of the BOM, so it's not a pushing mechanism triggered by the cost-model of some components or anything. The Inventory Target and Maximum Inventory is set to 0, and I'm running the optimizer just for 5 weeks so it's definitely not building stock ahead due to future periods demands. And yet, the production receipts are way higher than the amount it should be requested by the dependent production demand. 

Also, the minimum production lot size is 693, rounding value is 0. 

Do you have any clue on what could have triggered these production amounts?
