SAP IBP Time Profiles not Working

Good Day Experts.

I ran a transport from test tenant to Production tenant for my Master Data and Planning Area. I then activated my Planning Area in Production and everything was fine. However when I try to log onto the Production Excel Add-In, I encounter an error that says "No time data. Ask your administrator to check the planning area configuration.".

I transported my Analytics chart as well however it says there is no Time Profiles or Master Data even though the Transports were successful.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

As shown in your screenshot, planning data is not there in the planning area.

Please load the data in the following sequence:

Time Profiles, Master Data , transaction data and then check the data in Excel UI as well in Web UI.

Thank you, I had not realized this since I was running the transports for the first time.

Hello,

Your system has no data in it. Please load time profile, master data and keyfigure data and then check. It should work.

Best Regards,

Hi

I have tried to do the following:

One of the steps that I want to carry out, but I have my doubts when executing it, but first I will tell you my steps with an example:

1.- I copied the Planning Area "X" (with ID: "300" of time profile) with Dependency where this new Planning Area is "Y" which creates it with new Master Data with the prefix OP3, and the Profile of Time with the ID “365”.

2.- I activated all the new Master Data of the new Planning Area with the prefix “OP3”.

3.- I activated in the "time Aggregation Profiles" application the time profile with data similar to those contained in the ID "300"

4.- Now I have my doubts about whether the following activity would be good:

4.1 Go to the “Data integration” application

4.2 Download the template with the following characteristics:

4.3 So, after downloading the time profile file (the ID “360”) for Planning Area X, would it be correct to upload this data for the time profile ID: “365” for the new Planning Area “Y”?

Am I missing some steps?

Best regards
