Hi,
does anyone make use of the telemetry app w/in SAP IBP? I am personally wondering how to derive the documented detailed telemetry data supposed to be captured by the system.
So far I am only able to see entries on the overview screen being separated by time, user, telemetry component and planning area. Clicking on one of the entries always ends up on the same user information screen showing user roles and groups irrespective of the chosen activity.
I already checked the authorizations. The assigned admin role is set up in an unrestriced way including the necessary business catalogue "SAP_IBP_BC_TELEMETRY_PC". However the authorization trace shows following message: "No business roles granting access to selected fields and values could be found".
Anyone an idea what I am missing or anyone who faced the same problem?

Hi community,
just in case someone is interested or faces the same issue.
Telemetry entries are not getting captured in case the Excel Add-In frontend language is set to "DE - GERMAN". It seems to be a bug affecting at least the latest version 2402.2.0. Most likely it will get fixed w/in one of the next upcoming versions.
