Dear SAP IBP community,
I'm running through IBP a statistical forecast at agregated level : product group.
I want to introduced new product ID at product ID / Customer ID (attribute level 1 = product ID and attribute level 2 = customer ID). My new product is in reference to an other one.
When I run the statistical algorithm, I see that the reference product is not taken into account. The statistical forecast does not use the historical quantity of the reference product. So the statistical forecast does not consider my new product.
How can I acheive that ?
Thanks for your help
Best regards,
Marion

Yes Thanks.
I already read this page, but I understand it's only for Phase in and Phase out, not for using a reference product --> The phase-in and phase-out curve are taken into account, but not the historical quantity for my reference product. So the quantity forecasted is not accurate.
I confirm it with a test case... It does not seem to work 😞
