SAP IBP - Scenario Management

Dear Experts,

In web UI, Is there a way to monitor all scenarios that are created by users (as it is the case for planning views in the app “Content Administration” for example). There is an app called “Manage Versions and Scenarios” but it does not show anything except a row for BASELINE VERSION. We want to monitor this in order to avoid having too many scenarios created by user.

Hello Ankita,

The Manage Versions and Scenarios app is reserved for Order Based Planning and you should not see the Versions and Scenarios of your non-Response Planning Areas of Excel.
You can find more information in our SAP Help Portal Manage Versions and Scenarios and Creating and Working with Multiple Planning Versions.

To view the list of current Versions for each Planning Area, you can go to Configuration app > Versions > Select PA > See list of Versions.
Refer to our Model Configuration Guide Versions and SAP Help Portal Creating Scenarios.

But there is no app, like Manage Versions and Scenarios for Response, to monitor these lists. You can submit this idea in our new SAP’s Customer Influence Program for IBP via the following link: https://influence.sap.com/IBP. You can also check the KBA 2479068 with additional information.
