Hello,
please help me with the following question:
If I create an permission filter and assign it to a user, is this only valid for the assigned user?
I want to create a business role and assign several permission filters to it.
The role should then be assigned to several users and only the permission filter that is also assigned to the User should be used.
Thank you and greetings

Hello,
You could assign permission filters to business users, or user groups, or business roles. In case you assigned permission filters direct to business users or user groups, you need to assign permission filters in business role restriction correctly.

Hi Christopher
you can assign a visibility filter to
- a user
- a user group
- a role
If you assign a filter to a role, for certain that is available to all users that get the role!
Depending how user-specific you want to make the filter, you should assign to the group or user directly, e.g.
- if you have filter on a planner ID --> assign to user directly
- if you have a filter on the market or on the location --> assign to group
