SAP IBP Permission Filter not working for some attributes

Hello experts,

I have the following issue configuring the permission filter in SAP IBP

I can make the filter work for Product ID filter:

But if I filter for “Sales Org” or “Customer ID” the filter works in the Master Data view:

But I cannot see any data in the planning view:

Anyone has an idea of what could be the issue?

Hi gdubay

The planning object for the KF is unavailable for the customer (which you use in the filter). Can you check the planning view without a filter, if the data is visible for that customer? - The reason why you are not able to view the data in PV is because the KF has no data with that customer.Without the filter, if the data is visible then can you check the attributes assigned to the base planning level of that KF - the planning level should have Sorg and customer.BR,Praveen Jadhav
