SAP IBP Excel Add-In Metadata Cache Error - Version 2211

Hi everyone,

I keep having the following error on the excel add-in, which makes it impossible to save data on the cloud and leads to empty cells:

I have tried the following solutions but nothing works:

- Clear metadata cache from the add-in

- Clear metadata cache from excel

- Reinstall the add-in

- Reset excel parameters (Manage Excel Add-Ins -> Analysis Toolpak)

- Purge Non-Conforming data Application Job template
