SAP IBP excel add-in Error: _reportIdentifierList == Null or Empty

Hi all,

Totay when I wany to copy a sheet from my IBP template, and i want to change the filter criteria for the new sheet i copy, it comes out below message and i can't do any edit after click OK

Error: _reportIdentifierList == Null or Empty

Please help me how to solve this problem.

Hi Ivan,

After a long time checking, we still don't know the root cause of this problem, thus we just recreate the user profile for that user, then the problem is solved, more detail information you can check in this incident.

Hi Rex,

Please try the following:

1) Update your Office Excel instance to the latest one available (File => Account => Office Updates / Update)

2) Make sure you are on the latest IBP Add-in version (1808 2.0):

If you still face the issue afterwards, please raise an incident at the SAP Support Portal under SCM-IBP-XLS-UI component.

I can see you are already addressing this issue under Incident 524676 / 2018 / IBP Excel Add-in UI error Message: "Error: _reportIdentifierList == Null or Empty"

Hi Rex,

Please follow the below steps to fix this issue.

1. Go to Excel, click File > Options >Trust Center > Trust Center Settings.
2. Change the ActiveX Settings for all Office Applications to "Prompt me before enabling all controls with minimal restrictions".

First step, i want to copy a sheet, using the function in planning view

then, when i change the filter for the new sheet, after i made the change and click okay bottom it comes out below message:
