SAP IBP Displaying all Planning Notes as a list

Hello,

Currently, a IBP user has to scroll and search entire excel planning view in order to check planning notes. Click on a planning notes, a planner can view/edit/delete only a single planning notes on the Details of Planning Notes Screen.

Is it possible for IBP planners in excel or web ui to get a list of all planning notes without the effort searching all planning notes manually in planning view? It can be very effortful and may be missed one or more planning notes, if a planner needs to search all avaiable planning notes in a planning view manually, which contains e.g. 1000 Products.

You can make an analytic chart with the KF on which you have planning notes and switch on Planning Notes = Show for All Levels. Then you can get a list of notes based on the selection of the chart. Check online help for chart creation. The notes functionality came early this year in the chart, might have been 2102 or 2105, dont know by head. There was a what's new session with system example at the time
