Greetings Experts
We are having an issue with a version that we copied all master data and key figures from the baseline. We ran the copy operators and heuristics but all the key figures that have UOMCONVERSIONFACTOR linked to it do not pull through neither do they show up on planning views such as production receipts and consensus demand qty but key figures such as customer receipts and consensus demand (these do not have UomConvFct) do show up on the planning view.
We have maintained the Target UOM and UoM Conversion Factor Master Data and have also tried deleting that version and creating a new one but the problem still persists.
What could the issue be? Your advice and guidance will be highly appreciated.

Mohammad
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Mohammad,
You've maintained TARGETCONVATTRTOVAL1 as "1". Is this UoMToID value or UoM conversion factor? It should be UoMTo ID value as in KG / EA etc.
Also, if you want to copy all values from source KF to target KF without bothering conversion attribute, create intermediate calculated key figure which will be equal to source KF and use this calculated key figure as source KF in copy operator.

Hi Piyush
Thank you for your advice. Creating an intermediate key figure definitely worked and now my copy operator is working as I want to work BUT the other issue still persists which is key figures that have a UoM Conv. Factor are not showing up on the planning view but there is data that has been calculated for that key figure in the data. This is for key figures such as production receipt and dependent demand. When I try to load the data in the planning view it shows "No data found" error. I have tried playing around with the levels for example, for production receipts I have tried pulling data for ProdLoc, ProdLocSrc as well as just Prod but all give the same error.
Is there a solution to this or do I have to create an intermediate key figure for these as well. Bear in mind that this issue is only occuring for a other versions and not the baseline version.
Your insight will be really helpful.

Mohammad
Hi Mohammad,
Did you use TARGETCONVATTRTO1 and TARGETCONVATTRTOVAL1 in your Copy Operator?

Hi Ankur.
Thank you for your advice. We have tried this yet the key figures will not copy over. I am attaching screenshots of the copy operator parameters, the assignment of the copy operator to the planning area and the error message we first received when running the operator. Can you please verify that the parameters are indeed correct.

We have also discovered that if we keep the parameters for the copy as above, the operator does not work for the baseline version as well but if we get rid of the TARGETCONVATTRTO1 and TARGETCONVATTRTOVAL1 parameters then everything on the baseline version works perfectly.
It seems to me that our copy operators are working perfectly in the baseline version but if we try to run it on another version, nothing copies over AND all key figures that have a UoM Conv. Factor also do not get generated.
We would really appreciate any guidance.

Mohammad
Hi Neeraj
Thank you for your suggestion. We have tried this but it did not seem to do anything. Can you please have a look at the comment from the above answer by Ankur wherein we have said our issue after your suggestions.

Mohammad

Hello Mohammad,
Hope you have copied UoM conversions from base to sim version.
You can try following for one product. If it works then follow same for rest of the products.
