How is the difference between functionalities of Analytics, dashboard, Alter overview and manage processes in IBP control tower?

IBP control tower is more flexible to visualize entire supply planning situations across the business networks. IBP S&OP, demand and inventory modules support the Analytics, Dashboards, Alerts and Process Management capabilities but IBP control tower provides additional features.

Define Custom Alerts Overview allows clustering of alerts. Alerts can be viewed by subscription, priority, category or by any attribute of the alert. Alert overviews can be added to dashboards

Case management

Create cases to collect information around a specific situation. Attach comments. Assign colleagues. Add alerts to cases to quickly and efficiently resolve the issue.
