Hello Folks,
I downloaded the file (SAP_IBP_Chart.xlam) from GitHub and activated the Add-in inside the MS-EXCEL-Options. It worked for a day and today it again showing this error.
Deleted the file once and again downloaded the SAP_IBP_Chart.xlam file and tried again but the error persists.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi Jakob,
Exactly, if adding it as a Trusted Locations fixes the issue, this is basically IT company policy related. Excel has to trust the file before it's accessible, even if it is properly placed there.
Best,
Ivan

Hi ivan.andreis,
I'm aware of the link, but would like to understand why this issue occurs.
I'm facing it at the moment with x new users in the system...
They have just downloaded the latest add-in and are opening a Planning View that is copy from the latest RDS, which has been modified with KFs etc.
How come the chart.xlam is missing for new users who just downloaded the add-in? And is the need for adding a trusted location related to company IT policy?
Thanks,
