SAP-IBP Chart (initial filter)

Hi Folks,

Product:IBP-300 & Location:1720 seems to have been default set as "Filters" inside the chart.

When I modify it, remove these & instead chose & pick other Products & Location, it works.

But how can I make them save/stick and show up these values when I open next time?

It goes back to IBP-300 and 1720 every time I close & restart.

I change the filter-manually:

It worked!

But next time when I close and open it goes back to the old-values.

Do I need to save my filters somewhere? somehow? How?

Thanks

Neel

Hi Neel,

As Riyaz mentioned you need to update the template via Template Admin => Update.. option or add it/update it as an user favorite.

Best,

Thanks. I understand now what you meant, and could do it and get it changed.

riyazahmed.a45 Thanks for your comment. I do have access to the template. Which filters are you talking about?

I don't see any filters selected here.

Where can I find them?

I don't see any filters assigned or chosen here. Yet when I load these templates, the graph shows up with selected Product/Location (see my 1st post)

Thanks

Hi Bala,

To my understanding, Initial Filters are saved in the planning template itself. You can update the template by removing the initial filters. If you dont have access to planning templates, then you can save the planning view as favorite by removing the initial filters and access the favorite instead of planning view every time. Either of the suggestions would resolve the issue.
