SAP IBP-alert email notification detailed content

Hi,

Would like to know if there is a possibility to have in my email notification from alert, the detail content of my alert.

I have for instance an alert which detects inconsistent price. Today my alert simply tells me how many alerts I have for my subscription. But I cannot see which products are related to this alert in the email content.

Ideally I would like to see the result of the alert in a table

Product1, Location1 and the current Price is XXX

Product1, Location1 and the current Price is XXX

According to me that is tool limitation and I would ask you create incident or influence request.

Hi, thanks for the note - in fact I had read already this note but it does not help me.

When I look at what variables are available for the predelivered template (Email Template for Custom Alerts) /IBP/P_ALERTSUMMARYEMAIL, I can have access to only below fields, which I can put in the html

{{AlertSummaryDateTime}} Alert Summary Date Time

{{NumberOfAlerts}} Total Number of Alerts

{{NumberOfActiveAlerts}} Total Number of Active Alerts

{{NumberOfSnoozedAlerts}} Total Number of Snoozed Alerts

{{NumberOfHighAlerts}} Total Number of High Alerts

{{NumberOfMediumAlerts}} Total Number of Medium Alerts

{{NumberOfAssignedAlerts}} Total Number of Assigned Alerts

So I cannot choose other fields related to my alert itself (for instance the product code, the location etc..)... the note does not explain this..

Do you have any hint ?
