Hello ,
I am facing an issue with excel add-in(2022.3.0) login which results in either blank or error web authentication screen.
Tried clearing cache from default browser , all the browsers , tried unchecking the SAML connection and logging in, uninstalled the add-in , restarted the system , uninstalled the ms-office suite and reinstalled, disabled the add-in and enabled it back , uninstalled the ms-edge runtime WebView and installed it back.
So I have tried basically everything in sap notes or suggested by sap community in their previous answers.
The main problem is that the issue is intermittent and sometime I am able to login but that is after many attempts and if if I log off , it never logs in again.
Does anyone have a workaround at least until sap finds a permanent solution to this ?

I am also having the same issue after installing the 2302 IBP excel Add on any help is appreciated

Go to below folder and delete all files that are available in the location, not sure whether it will solve the problem however you can give a try once.
C:\Users\<user name>\Documents\SAP_IBP\*.xlsm
