SAP GUI issue

Hi,

Hope you are doing great.

This is regarding MY SAP LOGON PAD issue, which is not showing any systems but some unknown language. But whenever I open GUI options , firstly it is white blank screen with some unknown language.

SAP GUI Version is 760 PL 3

Can you advice please ?

This is been happening whenever I open SAP GUI Logon pad, and when clicking on SAP GUI options, it doesn't show me anything.

there are no screenshots in your question or comments.

Did you already try to reinstall the application? Clean install? Does installation on other PCs in your company lead to the same results? Did you try to establish any dependency on operating system version, recently installed updates, etc.?

Also, when did this problem start to occur? After installation of SAPGUI, after applying windows update, after installing a SAPGUI patch?

Oh sorry, Yes I did tried to reinstalled it multiple times. Unfortunately it was all of suddenly started, not sure what settings has changed my systems.

This is happening only with my SAP GUI. sap-gui.jpggui-error.jpg

Hi Afzal,

I too had faced an similar issue with SAP GUI whereas all my colleagues were able to access it properly. I was on SAP GUI version 740 and I had upgraded to version 750 which resolved my issue.

Since you are already on a higher version, please try to downgrade your GUI version to 750 and hopefully it should help!

I have to disagree here. The only supported Version of SAPGui at the moment is 7.60. If you use a not supported version and do not solve this problem on your own and instead you have to open a customer message the first thing SAP will tell you is to upgrade your SAPGui to a supported version.

I would install Patch 8 and check in PAM if the windows client is on a supported version.

SAPGUI may not be supported, what you have installed the Windows OS with unsupported language. before installing the sapgui kindly check the language supported or not.

Could you check the local pc any other language installed? or if possible change the language to US English and then try for SAP logon.
