SAP GTS upgrade from V11 to E4H

We are upgrading from V11 to GTS E4H. Can anyone please help me from functional side what are the thing I need to consider from configuration and if any other stuff ?

You will find the changes to config tables and all the data migration that is been done and changes to the tables.
