Hi,
Is it possible to create a business rule of type Validation for the mobile app? The business requirement is that before checkout, the feedback code should be entered by the field service technician. Making the feedback codes on the feedback screen (ActivityFeedback Mobile) mandatory does not solve this requirement. Or is this possible via the Required Expression in field 'activity.feedbacks' in screen Activity Mobile?

As far as I know, business rules will not help in your scenario as rules are only executed in the web application, not on the mobile application.
Are you working with a service workflow in your scenario? If yes, you can use the acceptance criteria to remind the technician to enter a feedback code. The problem I see is that this is only a reminder, not a real validation which could avoid the technician from processing.
