we have the following scenario: SAP FSM integrated with Pro Axia to SAP ECC
Technicians are using a lot of spare parts, which they keep in their van stock. There is a requirement to have a certain amount of spare parts always available, so the technician should have the option to make a stock transfer in the app to refill his spare parts without an activity related to it.
Our reqired scenario would be then:
- Technician checks current stock of his spare parts
- Spare parts amount to low, technician wants to do a stock transfer
- Requested spare parts are sent to technician
- Technician updates his van stock upon arrival of spare parts to confirm he received the spare parts
Right now we dont see any option to trigger a stock transfer by a technician without an acitivity.
