SAP FSM Smartforms - save as PDF special diacritic characters are missing

Hello,

Is there a way to change the encoding of PDF exported Smartforms?

After saving a smartform as PDF in Windows application some characters are lost I think due to the encoding.

Also is there a way to change FONT TYPE (e.g. from Times New Roman to Arial) of text put in the Smart Form?

This is how the text input looks like in SAP FSM Windows App:

And that's how it looks in pdf after exporting:
