Is there a possibility to add in the service call map screens? or the service call to have its own geolocated address?

Hello Razvan, not sure if your question is related to mobile FSM or web one, but in general when it comes to service calls, they don't have the address assigned directly, thus it's not possible to have a map view on service call screen. The service call might have activities created on it, and those activiities can have address - this is because on one service call, you can have multiple locations that technicians needs to visit, so there is no one location that would be displayed on service call screen.
