SAP FSM Screen Configuration

Hi Team,

I'm trying to customize 'CSMDMUnifiedPerson-[screenconfigurator]' via Screen Configuration.

When not customized this form displays a "Regions" Card

But after creating a custom version (adding a simple custom text) => Region Card disappear

Already tried to force Json Configuration to be like the unmodified version => no effect

Seem's that Region Card is only available on non -customized... could you please provide guidance/investigation on this?
