Need to know how to reset the Service Call Code ID or how to customize a service call code when a new service call is created.
For example the system starts a service call code starts at 1 I would like for the service call to start at 1800 or would like to put a letter before the service SC-1.
Where and how would I do that

There is a table in FSM called Sequence that you can get the last number created for all objects, however I was informed that only SAP has the access to actually reset/change that sequence number, so a ticket has to be open when you want to reset the service call code and the activity code
