Scenario description-Integration issue with service ticket flow between Service cloud and FSM
1) Service tickets are created and replicated to FSM
2) Technician visits the customer to resolve the service call
3) Customer requests for a discount on a item/part required for the repair.
4) Technician informs the Service team to apply the discount
5) Service team applies the discount of 5% on the existing part price in C4C.
6) It is approved by Service manager
7) The discounted price added to the service ticket should flow to FSM
8)The revised price should be available to the Technician on the FSM App to generate a service report and sahre with Customer.
9) Requriement is to make the actual price and the discounted price available in FSM service report generated from the app.
Requirement:
Discounts applied on the service tickets at item level in Service cloud should be replicated to SAP FSM.
Is it possible to show the discounted prices for each item in the service call of FSM?
Requirement is to show the break-up of cost for each item with the discounts in the FSM service report.
