SAP FSM Integration with ECC

HI Experts,

We need to integrate SAP FSM with ECC for our project using CPI and SAP doesn't have standard content for it. Could you provide any links or documents which could help us achieve it?

All documentation related to available integrations can be found in the SAP Help Portal

As you stated there is no standard integration to ECC fully based on CPI but there is the so called FSM Cloud connector which is used by most customers. There is a plan to provide the message broker which is currently hosted on premise also on CPI so it might still be an interesting choice.

If you need to build your own integration the Integration Guidelines and FSM Connector documentation are helpful.

Hello Hemant,

There is no standard package in CPI for ECC integration. If you are going for FSM connector approach, CPI is not required and FSM Connector will take care but like CPI, FSM connector is also licensed.

If you prefer to go with CPI, this would be a entire customizing project, FSM API documentation will help you identifying the APIs for the target communication.

We are also planning to integrate SAP ECC and SAP FSM using Mulesoft, Can you please let us know if you are able to connect using CPI and also help me with standard API calls . It would be of great help to proceed with our analysis.
