SAP FSM - Delete button for servicecalls not working/How to delete service calls manually?

Hey Guys.

I can't delete service calls in the FSM. The delete button in the selected service call is not reacting and greyed out.

Or is there a different option to delete created service calls (ready to planned or closed)?

Delete button allows to delete unreleased service calls (in accordance with the permissions https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_FIELD_SERVICE_MANAGEMENT/fsm_plan_dispatch/plan-dispatch-permissions.h... ). You have service call already closed. With multiple activities attached.

Have you tried Data API to delete the service call? I would give it a go if you really need to delete the service call. But for data consistency I would also delete those activities you have attached to the same service call.
